Description

SA Premier is a fast curing, premium quality, hot applied single component crack and joint sealant. Our best all around sealant. Only the most appropriate high quality synthetic elastomers, polymers, and anti-oxidants meeting exacting standards are used in combination with select asphalt plasticizers and naturally occurring reinforcing materials. The sealant contains no solvent, is highly waterproof and resistant to a wide range of salts, bases, and organic materials. When properly sampled and heated to maximum temperatures in accordance with ASTM D-5167, SA Premier meets or exceeds modified ASTM D-6690 Type 1, ASTM D-6690 Type II, modified AASHTO and FAA specifications.

Use

SA Premier is an excellent sealant for road, airport and parking area applications for sealing longitudinal and traverse joints and random cracks for asphalt or concrete pavements where a fast curing sealant is desirable. The material’s superior combination of fast melting, low viscosity and above high and low temperature properties result in a sealant preferred by man experienced applicators and end users alike.

SA 102 is a hot applied, single component, elastically modified composition of asphalt cement, virgin synthetic polymer, premium rubber, and other modifiers. The sealant contains no solvent, is pre-reacted and conforms to the requirements of ASTM D6690 Type II, ASTM D3405, AASHTO M324 Type II and AASHTO M301. Material is tested for low temperature performance at -20°F (-29°C) using 50% extension.

SA 102 is a moderate viscosity pavement preservation sealant intended for highway, street and aviation applications for sealing longitudinal and transverse joints and random cracks in Asphalt or Concrete pavements where a free flowing material is desirable. SA PG 64-22 Tack is a hot applied, elastically modified composition of asphalt cement and other modifiers. The sealant contains no solvent, is pre-mixed and packaged, and conforms to the requirements of the specification designated herein. SA PG 64-22 is comparable to AR4000.

Description

Loop Sealant is a single component, hot melt, rubberized asphalt sealant designed for use in the installation of traffic detection devices. Loop Sealant conforms to the requirements of Hot-Melt Rubberized Asphalt “Detector Loop Sealant.”

Use

Loop Sealant is a pre-reacted sealant which can be applied immediately after application temperature is reached. Loop Sealant must be heated in a jacketed, agitated melter utilizing oil as a heat transfer medium and designed for melting and installing hot applied loop sealant.

SA Bridge Bond blend of modified asphaltic binders, select aggregates and other modifiers pre-measured and combined to create an all in one meltable package of asphaltic joint material.

Use

SA Bridge Bond is intended for use, in either exposed concrete or asphalt overlaid decks, as a replacement for existing small movement expansion devices or as a first installation small movement joint.
